I use this book almost every night. It usually takes a little longer than 30 min per meal, but it is worth it: every dish I have made was delicious. In addition, the meals are typically pretty easy to cook. My only complain is that the ingredients are sometimes pretty expensive. However, they do provide alternatives for ingredients that are expensive or hard to find.

As a working mom, I like to be able to pre-plan my week’s meals and lunches and this book offers such healthy variety that I cannot say enough good things about it. Great images guide you with ideas for presentation and while some ingredients may be challenging to find, I can usually find a substitute or just omit an item without adversely affecting the outcome! Highly recommend this book!
